SQF Institute Registered Consultant - High Risk

Nancy Peterson is a registered SQF consultant certified for High Risk food safety practices.  As an SQF consultant she has:

  • Successfully completed HACCP and SQF Systems training and certifications
  • Extensive experience in multiple technical leadership roles 
  • Operational experience with QSR food safety based programs involving HACCP or other appropriate risk management systems 
  • Skills and knowledge needed to develop and support an SQF System in a high risk processing environment 

SQF Consultants must adhere to the SQF Consultant Code of Practice relating to Client Focus, Integrity, Competency, Professionalism and Accountability.
